My brother and I were visiting my mom and were looking for somewhere new to try. We found El Balcon and had an amazing meal. I am indecisive when everything looks good so Wilmer made a fantastic recommendation and I loved it. Wilmer was kind, personable, and took great care of us. We even splurged on desert. We sat on the patio and it was very comfortable with the fans. Wilmer even brought us a table fan to keep the bugs away. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely make it a point to return in the future.
This restaurant was honestly amazing. The food? Delicious. I can’t even remember the name of my dish, or the one my friend ordered, but it didn’t matter—everything we ate was just that good. Perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Whatever they’re doing in that kitchen, they need to keep doing it. Now, the drinks? Not great. But honestly, I didn’t care. It was just alcohol, and I wasn’t there for that anyway. The food more than made up for it. One thing I really liked was the seating options. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and since the morning was beautiful, we chose to sit outside. The street was quiet, with low traffic, so we didn’t have to deal with any annoying noise—just a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal. The service was top-notch. Our server was super attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Everyone working there seemed friendly, and the other customers looked very satisfied with their meals. Honestly, I’d definitely come back, and next time, I’d bring a few more friends to enjoy another amazing meal.

Absolutely amazing Colombian food! I usually swing by just for the cafe con leche and empanadas, which are always delicious. This time, I decided to try something different—and they did not disappoint. Even though I came in just 30 minutes before closing, everything was fresh and flavorful. Great spot with consistently great food!
Wilmer was amazing!!! I came from my 30-year-old birthday and he went above and beyond with the service being very attentive. Everything came out on time he even saying a special happy birthday and hit all the angles, taking professional photos on my camera. I highly recommend!
